The above Writ Petition was on board on 28/04/2018 when after arguing for sometime, the learned counsel appearing on behalf of the Petitioners Mrs. Mallika Ingale sought time to take instructions as regards withdrawal of the above Writ Petition. Today the learned counsel for the Petitioners Mrs. Mallika Ingale on instructions states that the Petitioners would withdraw the above Writ Petition to take appropriate recourse under the Criminal Procedure Code. The above Writ Petition is accordingly allowed to be withdrawn and dismissed as such. Needless to state that if any application for discharge is filed by the Petitioners, the same would be tried on its own merits and in accordance with law.
