In matrimonial dispute between the parties Family Court Mumbai at Bandra has in Petition No. F-1267 of 2019 delivered Judgment on 03.12.2019 and marriage is dissolved under Section 13-B of the Hindu Marriage Act, 1955.

Consent Terms are also filed on record of present Petition as Exhibit 'B'.

Respondent No.3-Complainant is present in person. She is identified by Applicant No.1 and also Advocate for the Applicant as the said Advocate appeared for the Petitioner in Family Court proceeding. 1/2

Orally Respondent No.3 informs that she does not want to prosecute the matter. Separate affidavit on this line is already filed by her before this Court.
