Heard the learned counsels for respective parties. The petition is filed challenging the notice dated 18th July 2016. On the basis of this notice, the notification dated 21st September 2016 under sub-section (1) of section 4, section 5 and section 8 of the Maharashtra Protection of Interest of Depositors (in Financial Establishment) Act, 1999 was issued by the respondent. The said notification was challenged by filing Writ Petition (Original Side) No.1181 of 2018 along with Writ Petition No. 508 of 2017. That writ petition was allowed by this Court vide Shraddha Talekar PS

928-2.wp-2479-2016.doc 2/2 order dated 22nd August 2019 and the notification dated 21st September 2016 has been quashed and set aside. The notice impugned in the instant petition is also precursor to the said notification and the same also accordingly stands disposed of.
