When this Contempt Petition was placed today, Ms. Bhende, learned A.G.P. appearing on behalf of Respondent No.4, has stated that Respondent No.4-Committee has issued the Caste Validity Certificate to the Petitioner on 22nd July 2016.

These are the instructions received by Ms. Bhende from the other Respondents, namely, Respondent Nos.1 to 3.

In view of this statement made by Ms. Bhende, though we are unhappy with the state of affairs prevailing in the Scheduled Tribe Caste 1/2 CPL-19997-16.doc
