Heard for some time. The complainant is present with his Advocate. He has given no objection for prayer made by the petitioner. He has tendered separate affidavit to that effect. 2.

The petitioner is present with his Advocate and he is also making same request. Learned counsel states that the petitioner is ready and willing to pay the reasonable amount as costs to Government machinery.
