The above Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India and under Section 482 of the Criminal Procedure Code, seeks quashing of FIR No.253 of 2015 registered with the Vinobha Bhave Nagar Police Station. The Learned APP states that the charge sheet as also the supplementary charge sheet dated 15-7-2016 has been filed. Prima facie on a perusal of the charge sheet, it cannot be said that the Petitioners have been wrongly implicated. Hence no relief can be granted to the Petitioners in the above Writ Petition. The Writ Petition is accordingly dismissed. However, the Petitioners would be at liberty to apply for discharge if so advised, if any such application is filed, needless to state that the same would be tried on its own merits and in accordance with law.
