At the outset the learned APP submitted that, the investigation of the present crime is on the verge of completion and the police may submit chargesheet on or before 31st August 2018. 2] In view of the statement made by the learned APP, the learned counsel appearing for the applicant on instructions seeks leave to withdraw the present application with liberty to file a fresh application for bail before the Trial Court after police submits final report or the stage under section 167 (2) of Cr. P.C arises.
