Mr.Bheda appearing for Respondent Nos.4 and 5 submits that pursuant to the impugned judgment and order passed by the Additional commissioner, Konkan Division, his client i.e. lessor has already received possession of the suit premises and as far as compensation is concerned, his client has already file execution application.
