The Interim Application is misconceived. It is by a third 3rd party, one Dr Rahul Rohankar, apparently challenging the appointment of the Petitioner, Dr Gunaji Baban Yadav to a post in the 2nd Respondent University. Dr Gunaji Yadav, the Writ Petitioner, principally seeks regularisation in his employment. We do not see how the Applicant, Dr Rohankar, can be added as a 5th January 2023

The Interim Application is dismissed.

It is however open to Dr Rohankar to adopt such proceedings as he may advised, bearing in mind if his reliefs seek an order adverse to Dr Gunaji Yadav, then undoubtedly Dr Gunaji Yadav will need to be made a party to any such future proceedings. (S. G. Dige, J) (G. S. Patel, J) 5th January 2023
