Heard the learned counsel for the parties. Only on the ground that the advocate for the applicants was not present, the order issuing rule cannot be recalled. In any case, the applicant is not entitled to be heard so far as admission of the petition is concerned. 2.

As the advocate for the applicants claims to have filed leave note when the petition was heard for admission, the applicants can always apply for vacation of interim relief granted on 1st July 2017. 3.

Subject to what is observed above, the application is disposed of.
