The above Civil Application is taken out by the Applicant Shri. Pradeep Narayana Bhomate seeking certain directions against the Respondent Nos.1 and 2. In view thereof, the matter was directed to be placed on board today i.e. 16 th November, 2017. Today again when the matter was called out, none appear for the Applicant. In view thereof, the above Civil Application is dismissed and accordingly disposed off.
