The impugned notice dated 13th June, 2018 is a notice by which the petitioner was called upon to remain present on 21st June, 2018 for the purpose of producing documents to show that the structure subject matter of this petition is legal. According to the case of the learned counsel for the petitioner, the documents have been submitted on 25th June, 2018.

All that the impugned notice states is that an order will be passed under the Maharashtra Regional and Town Planning Act, 1966. The

P.H. Jayani 507 WP7404.18.doc impugned notice does not hold the structure to be illegal and that issue is yet to be decided by the Planning Authority. Hence, at this stage, no interference is called for.
