The Applicant, apprehending arrest, in connection with investigation of Crime No.102/2020 of Police Station Bhosari, Pimpri Chinchwad, Pune, under Section 384 r/w. 34 of IPC, is seeking anticipatory bail.

I have heard the learned counsel for the parties. Perused record.

The record discloses that by a detailed order dated 21 September 2021, this Court has granted interim protection to the Mamta Kale page 1 of 2

Learned APP has pointed out that the Applicant has reported to the Investigating Officer and has cooperated with the Investigating Agency. It is therefore submitted that this Court may pass appropriate orders.

In such circumstances, the Criminal Application is disposed of in terms of the order dated 21 September 2021, which is hereby made absolute.
