2024.01.17 10:11:44 +0530 ASHWINI GAJAKOSH Respondent, namely the State of Maharashtra, in regard to a change of user or zoning of the Petitioner's land. This is Survey No 28, Hissa No 2. The representation is to change the zoning from partly industrial, partly green belt and partly PSP 16 (Ecological Research Centre), and to a lesser extent Agricultural and Green Zone, entirely to an industrial zone.

Mr Vashi says that an appropriate representation with all supporting documentation will be made within two weeks from today.

We direct the competent authority in the Urban Development Department to decide this representation in accordance with law as early as possible and in any event within three months from date of receipt of the application.

We have not addressed the merits of the Writ Petition in view of the submission made by Mr Vashi. All contentions are kept open for the decision on merits on the representation to be made by the Petitioner.

The Writ Petition is disposed of in these terms with no order as to costs.
