5-APPP-498-2014.doc In the circumstances, the condition requiring the applicant to report to the trial court on every Monday is cancelled. The applicant shall, however, report to the trial court, once in two months till the disposal of the case against him. This will be in addition to the requirement to remain present before the trial court, on the dates of hearing, as may be fixed by the trial court.
