Perused the Affidavit passed by the Sub Divisional Officer, Bhiwandi Division, Bhiwandi dated 13 th September, 2017 stating that the State of Maharashtra through the Office of Collector, Thane shall pay the compensation amount of Rs.3,60,000/- within a period of six months from the date of order in the present Second Appeal in full and final settlement of the claim of the Appellant.
