Heard the learned counsel for the Applicant on Civil Application No. 1703 of 2017.

By this civil application, the Applicant is seeking restoration of Writ Petition No. 6236 of 2014 which suffered dismissal on 21st June, 2017 for want of prosecution.

For the reasons stated in the civil application, the application is allowed in terms of prayer clause (a). The order dated 21st June, 2017 is recalled and Writ Petition No.6236 of 2014 is restored to its original number.
