During hearing learned APP has placed on record communication dated 1/8/2019 received by the Superintendent of Kolhapur Central Prison from State Government along with a copy of order dated 1/8/2019 categorizing the petitioner in category 4(d) as per 2010 guidelines. Those documents are taken on record and marked as Annexure "A" and "B" respectively.

Learned APP upon instructions states that without remission the petitioner has put in about 19 years and 8 months. 3.

In this situation, the grievance made before us does not survive. Accordingly, the petition is disposed of with liberty to the petitioner to take such other steps as he may be advised. 4.
