The applicants herein are seeking cancellation of 2the prearrest bail granted in favour of the respondent No.2. 2.

The learned counsel appearing for respondent No.2 submits that in the present case, charge-sheet is filed on 20.1.2016, whereas the anticipatory bail was granted on 15.4.2013. In view of this, both the applications deserve to be disposed of.
