It is made clear that the pendency of this Petition shall not be construed as a stay to the proceedings in Sessions Case No.95 of 2014 pending before the Sessions Judge, Borivli Division, 12th Court, Dindoshi. It also shall not be construed as a stay to the order dated 4.4.2015 passed by

Mhi 2 WP-2481-16.sxw the Addl. Sessions Judge, Gr. Bombay. The learned Sessions Judge seized with Sessions Case No.95 of 2014 to proceed with all further stages in accordance with law.
