The grievance of Petitioner in his Application dated 03.06.2019 is for expeditious hearing of his trial as also to seek legal aid. 2.

The status of the case as informed by the learned Advocate appointed by the Legal Aid Committee states that the case of the Petitioner is transferred to Panvel Sessions Court. In that view of the matter, if Petitioner makes an Application for seeking legal aid to represent him, the said Application shall be decided in accordance with law by the concerned Court.
