There are subsequent events. It is pointed out to us that there is an enquiry report between 25th January 2022 to 3rd February 2022, which indicates that the Gram Panchayat NOC that was required by the Petitioner for the shifting of the country liquor license was in fact properly issued. These documents need to be considered by the Commissioner of State Excise. 3.

A copy of the compilation documents is given to the learned AGP.

We do not require a formal amendment to include these documents in the Petition.

Instead, we direct that the Commissioner of State Excise will consider the Petitioner's representation in view of the subsequent events and documents and will do so within a period of three weeks from today and in any event well before 31st March 2022. 6.

The Petition is disposed with these directions and with no order as to costs.
