Since by way of an interim order this Court had stayed the order dated 3/6/2016 and by further interim order had also permitted the Applicants to appear in the Board examination, we find that it would be in the interest of justice to direct the Respondent to declare their result. 2.

Civil Application is therefore made absolute in terms of prayer clause (b) and is accordingly disposed of.
