1) The learned APP, on instructions from the Investigation Officer who is personally present in the Court, submitted that in pursuance of an order dated 21/7/2016 the applicant has attended the Investigation Officer and co-operated in the process of investigation. He further, on instructions, submitted that the custodial interrogation of the applicant is not necessary.

2) In view of the above, the interim relief granted by an order dated 21/7/2016 is hereby confirmed.
