When the 2nd respondent died, the applicants brought on record his seven legal representatives, including his wife. When the applicant's counsel tried to serve notice on LRs brought on record, it came to light that one of them, i.e. 2nd respondent's wife, died. That seems to have compelled the applicants to file this civil application. 2.

Heard the learned Counsel appearing for the parties.

For the reasons mentioned in the application, it is allowed. The applicants are permitted to bring on record the LRs who are already there on record in their individual capacity.
