Heard the learned counsel appearing for the Petitioner. The learned AGP on instructions states that the Revision Application preferred by the contesting Respondents on 6th July 2013 is still pending before the Revisional Authority. The Revision Application was filed on 6th July 2013.

In view of the statement made, we pass the following order:

i) We direct the Petitioner to produce an authenticated copy of this order in the office of the Revisional Authority (the Hon'ble Minister of the Revenue Department); ii) We direct the Revisional Authority to decide the Application as expeditiously as possible and in any event, within a period of 3 months from today;

iii) The office of the Revisional Authority to act upon an authenticated copy of this order;
