Heard. By this application the Applicant wife is seeking direction against the Respondent husband to pay interim maintenance of Rs.6 lacs and also for other reliefs. As the appeal itself has been decided on merits and also on the point of maintenance vide judgment of even date, nothing survives in the Civil Application.

Hence, the Civil Application stands dismissed as infructuous.

No order as to costs.
