This is an application for condonation of delay of 101 days in filing the Revision Application. The Applicant was convicted and sentenced u/s 138 of the Negotiable Instruments Act. His Appeal was dismissed by the Appellate Court and thereafter this Revision Application is filed. 2.
Learned counsel for the Applicant submitted and it is mentioned in the application that the Applicant was suffering Nesarikar
2 / 2 09-IA-2387-22-IN-REVN-ST-12243-22.odt from various ailments. He was in a hospital and for some period he was in Coma. Thereafter, there was loss of memory and it was difficult for him to give instructions to his advocates. 3.
Considering these submissions, though learned counsel for the Respondent No.2 opposed this application, the delay of 101 days in filing the Revision Application is condoned. 4.
The Revision Application be numbered and processed further.

The Interim Application is disposed of.
