Learned Counsel for the Petitioners upon instructions submits that by virtue of an order dated 23/10/2020 passed by the Collector and Competent Authority, Ulhasnagar Agglomeration, Thane, prayers sought in the present petitions have become infructuous. Hence, he seeks liberty to withdraw the Petitions. Liberty as prayer for is granted in the interest of justice. The Petitions stand dismissed as withdrawn and disposed of accordingly.
