The above Civil Application has been filed for condonation of delay of 117 days in filing the above First Appeal. The above First Appeal is filed against the order passed by the learned Commissioner for Workmen's Compensation and First Labour Court, Thane. The reasons in the Civil Application proceed on the basis that the delay in filing the First Appeal is not 117 days but a shorter period.
Be that as it may, since the reasons have been given for the delay of a shorter period, the same can be taken into consideration. The Applicant/Appellant has also deposited the decretal amount in the office of the learned Commissioner for Workmen's Compensation, First Labour Court, Thane which has also been withdrawn by the Respondent.
