The only prayer in this Petition is to direct the Respondent No.1 to consider and take appropriate decision on the Petitioner's R.T.S. Revision No.70 of 2013 as also Revision Application No.451 of 2015 as expeditiously as possible. According to the Petitioner, Revision is pending since 2013 and Revision Application is pending since 2015. 2.

Having considered the submissions made by the learned VRD 1/2

WP12039.16 counsel for the parties, we dispose of the Petition by directing the Respondent No.1 to decide the Revision as also revision application as expeditiously as possible and preferably within three months from the date of receipt of copy of this order.
