The learned counsel for the applicant submits that inadvertently it remained on his part to remove all office objections. He submits that he will remove office objections on or before 18th November 2016. Considering the submissions made by the learned counsel for the applicant and averments made in the civil application, I am satisfied that applicant has made out case for following order.
ORDER
(a) The delay in filing Civil Application is condoned. (b) Order dated 29th January 2016 passed by the Registrar (JudicialI) is set aside.
(c) Writ Petition Stamp No.14140 of 2015 is restored on file for hearing on merits.
(d) Applicant to remove all office objections in Writ Petition Stamp No.14140 of 2015 on or before 18th November 2016, failing which petition shall stand dismissed without further reference back to the Court.
(e) Civil Application disposed of accordingly.
