Learned APP informed the Court that this matter can be disposed of, as initially FIR was registered on 22nd November, 2014 at C.R. I-349 of 2014 at Panchavati Police Station, Nashik for the offences punishable under sections 395, 323, 504, 506 of the Indian Penal Code and under section 135 of the Bombay Police Act. However, as per the supplementary statement of the complainant recorded on 2nd December, 2014 he has mentioned that his gold ornaments, i.e., gold ring and gold chain are not stolen but they are with the family members, therefore, section 395 will go. 2.
In view of the submissions of learned APP, remaining offences are bailable. Hence, this Anticipatory Bail Application is disposed of. (MRS.MRIDULA BHATKAR, J.) 1 / 1
