Parties jointly request for compounding the offence. Offence is u/s 419, 420 of Indian Penal Code. 2.

We have perused report dated 26/02/2018. The report shows that the OTP for PIN registration of complainant (Respondent No.2) with HDFC Bank, was changed and a beneficiary was also added to it. Thereafter funds were also transferred.

In this situation, we are not inclined in extra-ordinary jurisdiction. Petition is rejected.
