Learned Counsel for the applicant seeks leave to withdraw the application. She submits that during the pendency of this application, charge-sheet has been filed and as such the applicant intends to approach the trial Court, in view of the change of circumstances i.e filing of the chargesheet.

Accordingly, the application is disposed of as withdrawn with liberty as prayed.

It is made clear, that this application has not been considered on merits and if an application for bail, after filing of the charge sheet is filed, the same shall be considered on its own merits, uninfluenced by the withdrawal of the aforesaid application.
