IN THE HIGH COURT OF JUDICATURE AT BOMBAY

CRIMINAL APPELLATE JURISDICTION WRIT PETITION NO. 2852 OF 2014 Shri Vijay Santoshkumar Kunjutt ....Petitioner versus The Director, Anti Corruption Bureau for Greater Maharashtra and anr.

....Respondents Ms. R. C. Bhagia, advocate for the petitioner. Mr. J. P. Yagnik, APP for the State.

CORAM : RANJIT MORE & ANUJA PRABHUDESSAI, JJ.

DATED : 23rd February, 2015.

P.C.:

Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned APP for the State.

2.

The petition is filed for direction to respondent No.1 or Special Investigating Agency, CBI to conduct an investigation of alleged corruption of the committee members of the Co-operative Society in question. We have perused the complaint dated 4th March, 2014 which is lodged by the advocate for the petitioner. Perusal of the same discloses that the allegations made therein are extremely vague. We are, therefore, not inclined to exercise the extraordinary jurisdiction conferred upon this Court under Article 226 of the Constitution of India. Shubhada S Kadam 1/2

Sr.No.13 WP 2852.14 3.

The petitioner is always at liberty to file a complaint before an appropriate authority. However, directions has claimed by the petitioner are not necessary.

4.

Subject to above, the writ petition stands disposed of. (ANUJA PRABHUDESSAI, J.) (RANJIT MORE, J.) Shubhada S Kadam 2/2
