The Learned AGP states that the policy which is under challenge and which is contained in the letter dated 5-4-2013 has been cancelled and resultantly the said letter has been withdrawn vide letter dated 1-9-2015 of the officer on Special Duty who has addressed the said communication to the Commissioner Co-operation and Registrar of Co-operative Societies. In view of the cancellation of the said policy, the above Petition challenging the same has turned infructuous. The above Petition is accordingly disposed of as having turned infructuous.
