The Applicant will be entitled to withdraw an amount of Rs 3 lakhs without security or undertaking. The MACT will permit withdrawal on production of an authenticated copy of this order. 3.

The statutory amount of Rs. 25,000/- will be transferred to the MACT.

The balance amount of the decretal deposit, and the statutory deposit of Rs. 25,000/-, will both be invested by the MACT in fixed deposits with any nationalized bank.
