During the pendency of this petition, the State has issued a letter dated 17.12.2016 informing the petitioner that the requisite affiliation and permission has been granted to the petitioner institute for starting of D. Ed College in English medium. 3.

Learned AGP on instructions submits that the said affiliation and permission will be effective from the next academic year

In view of the aforesaid submission, in our considered view, nothing survives in this petition. Petition is therefore, disposed of. Civil Application also stands disposed of.
