Heard Mr. Chomal, learned counsel for the Applicant. Mr. Chomal with fairness at his command submits that the investigation in the present crime has been completed and chargesheet is filed and he therefore submits that his client would prefer an application for regular bail before the Trial Court in view of the said fact. He seeks liberty to withdraw the present Application with further liberty to file an application for regular bail before the Trial Court. Liberty as prayed for is granted. The present Application is disposed of.

In view of the order passed in Bail Application No.1428 of 2015, Criminal Application No.680 of 2015 does not survive and is disposed of accordingly.
