By this Petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, the Petitioner is seeking a direction against Respondent Nos.1 and 2 to decide their representation / application dated 7th November, 2016 (Exhibit-F to the Petition) as early as possible in respect of rental compensation in respect of the land bearing Survey No. 34/1 village Balewadi Tal. Haveli, Dist. Pune. Aswale 1/2
16.wp.11695.17.doc The learned counsel Mr. Kulkarni appearing for Respondent Nos.1 and 2 makes a statement that he received instructions from the concerned officer that they will decide the application as early as possible and in any case within six weeks from today and inform the decision to the Petitioner in writing. Statement is accepted. Without going into the merits of the matter, following order is passed:- a) Respondent Nos.1 and 2 are directed to decide the Petitioner's application dated 7th November, 2016 (Exhibit-F to the petition) as early as possible but in any case within six weeks from today with intimation to other side.
