Heard the learned counsel for the Petitioners. 2.

Today when the Petition came up for hearing, the only request made by the Petitioner's counsel is for direction to the Special Recovery officer/Respondent no.2 to decide the application dated 13/7/2015 filed by the Petitioners and which is pending before the Respondent No.2 in accordance with law.

Accordingly, without commenting on the merits and/or without entering into the rival contentions, this petition can be conveniently disposed of by directing the Respondent No.2 to decide the application dated 13/7/2015 filed by the Petitioners in accordance with law and as far as possible an endeavor would be made by the Respondent No.2 to decide the application within a period of 8 weeks from today.
