The Petitioner has approached this Court being aggrieved by the order dated 19th July 2017, thereby directing the Petitioner to be demoted on the ground that he has not Devendra 1/2

Taking into consideration the fact that the proposal for considering validity of the Petitioner's claim is pending before the Respondent No.2 Committee. Shri. Samant, learned AGP fairly states that the Respondent No.3 Education Officer would withdraw the impugned communication dated 19th June 2017.

Needless to state that Petitioner's promotion would always be subject to the decision of the Scrutiny Committee. 3.

In that view of the matter the grievance of the Petitioner no more survives. Petition is disposed of.
