ORDER

We are inclined to dispose of the present writ petition by keeping all contentions open as grievances raised in the present writ petition have not been yet decided. Therefore, in the interest of justice and to avoid further delay we are inclined to direct the respondents to decide the representations in accordance with law as early as possible preferably within a period of eight weeks.

Petition is disposed of. All points on merits of the matter are expressly kept open.
