The petitioner prays for following relief:

(a) That this Hon'ble Court be pleased to issue a writ of mandamus, or writ in the nature of mandamus or any other appropriate writ, Order of direction in the nature of mandamus, directing Respondents to process the Application filed by the Petitioner dated 03.05.2016 at Exhibit "B" to the Petition hereto and dispose of the same forthwith.

In case the petitioner's application dated 3.5.2016 (Exhibit "B") is not processed by Talathi, Maegaon City, District Nasik, we direct that such an application shall be looked into and Talathi shall take appropriate decision on the same.

We do not express any opinion on merits of the matter. In case the petitioner has any further grievance, the petitioner may approach the higher officer.

With the aforesaid direction and observation, petition stands disposed of.
