This application is for bringing legal heirs on record of applicant no.1, Mrs.Maniben Sakharchand Shah who expired on 24.4.2015.

Considering the averments made in the Application, I am satisfied that the Applicant has made out a case for allowing the present Civil Application. Hence, following order:

a) Applicant is permitted to bring legal heirs on record of deceased applicant no.1, Maniben Sankharchand Shah in Civil Revision Application Mohite 1/2

9 cac557-15 No.1014 of 2014 as per Schedule.

b) Applicant to carry out appropriate amendment and serve copy on the other side.

c) If amendment is not carried out on or before 17.6.2016, Civil Application shall stand dismissed without referring back to the court.

d) Civil application stands disposed off accordingly.
