By this First Appeal, the Appellant State of Maharashtra is challenging the Judgment and Award dated 19.07.2016 passed by the Civil Judge, Senior Division, Alibag, Dist. Raigad in LAR No. 438 of 2000 holding that the Respondents original Claimants are entitled to a sum of Rs.9,32,978/- towards the acquired land.

Considering the submissions made by the learned AGP for the Appellant and the Judgment and Award, I am satisfied that Appellant has made out a case for following order:

a) Admit.

b) Printing is dispensed with.

c) Appellant to file private paper Sneha Chavan 1/2
