Rule. By consent, Rule made returnable forthwith and heard finally.

The Applicants, who are in-laws of Complainant/Respondent No.2, are present with their Advocate. Respondent No.2 is present in person. The identity of the Applicants is not in dispute. They have identified by Respondent No.2.

Applicant-Dattatraya and Respondent No.2-Dipti have given joint affidavit pointing out the settlement to the Court. Similarly, other 1/2

(901) APL 671-13 affidavit is tendered by Applicant-Bhushan and Respondent No.2-Dipti together pointing out the settlement. On joint affidavit of Dattatraya and Dipti, other Applicants i.e. Applicant Nos.2 to 8 have also placed their signatures.

Respondent No.2 accepts the settlement orally in Court and has given no objection for quashing of FIR which is under Sections 498-A, 406, 323, 504, 506, 34 of the Indian Penal Code. 5.

Along with this affidavit, the decree of Family Court at Nashik dated 24.01.2020 dissolving marriage under Section 13-B of the Hindu Marriage Act is also filed.

Accompanied Consent Terms show that custody of daughter is given to Respondent No.2-mother and provision for her education has been made by her father.

In view of these developments and joint request, we make Rule absolute in terms of prayer Clause (A) in both the Petitions. 8.

Pending Criminal Applications are also, therefore, disposed of as infructuous.

9.

If there are any other grievances/complaints pending in relation to this matrimonial discord, the same are also, therefore, quashed and set aside.
