This is an application under Section 407 of the Code of Criminal Procedure filed by informant/wife Vandana Bharmal with a prayer that this Court may transfer the prosecution initiated by her by lodging the FIR which resulted in registration of Crime No.346 of 2015 with Police Station, Pantnagar, Ghatkopar in J.M.F.C No.73, Vikroli, Mumbai to the Court of Magistrate at Pune. The leaned counsel for the applicant states that he has no instructions in the matter.
