Today the matter is taken on production board in pursuance of the praecipe dated 26 July 2017 fled by the learned Counsel appearing for the Appellant for an urgent orders. By this First Appeal, the insurance company is challenging the judgment and award dated 11 March 2018 passed in M.A.C. Application No.477 of 2016 by the M.A.C.T., Pune, holding that the Respondents/claimants are entitled to a sum fo Rs.18,44,000 by way of compensation with interest at the rate of 7 per cent per annum.

i) Admit ;
ii) Printing of paper book dispensed with ;
iii) The Appellant to fle a private paper book within one year from today with a copy thereof to be served to the Respondents, failing which, the First Appeal shall stand dismissed without further reference to the Court;
